Management Information Reports
IDP Purchasing monitors whether you are being charged the correct price once you commence purchasing from our approved supplier. Where a nominated supplier provides management information on a monthly basis our team will check the average price checked within period against the price that we have on file. We provide this information monthly emailed to the relevant person within your organisation.
You will see from the reports above we also monitor what has been bought from contract (negotiated price). It is well known throughout the food industry that 10% of purchases outside of contract can make up 20% of your cost. Therefore, it is important that we show where monies are being lost and if an item is to be a regular purchase- IDP Purchasing will negotiate a price for you.
Switch & Save
